Lady Macbeth - Sumea Sjena - Vintage Lace & Feather Shrug

Today we received this stunning set of photographs of Lady Macbeth taken by Sumea Sjenar.  Lady Macbeth wears the Vintage Lace & Feather Shrug by RQBL.  This unusual shrug is detailed with organza roses, feathers on the brocade collar and shoulders, guipure lace trimmed with white pearly beads at the centre front and strings of black beads over the shoulders.  The shrug fastens with 3 buttons at the back of the collar.  We love layering, and this shrug is perfect worn over top or corset to spruce up your gothic outfit. In the photographs the shrug is worn over the Opium Top by Punk Rave.

Gothic Chic with an Edge!

I have written about Punk Rave before but how on Earth can I stop if they keep designing such gorgeous items as in the last range? I was simply overwhelmed with the design and details they put into their latest garments. I would love to visit their design headquarters one day and meet the lovely people who put hours and hours of work just into one jacket. The prices do seem a bit high but these items are made to last. If you own items by this brand or have seem some of them live in shops, you will agree with me. The only downside to this brand is that customers outside Asia need to pay close attention to the size chart! The sizing is Asian since they are an Asian brand which means that you will need to go usually a size or two up so they match the EU/US sizing standards. The size chart can be found on the shop's website. The outfit pictured below is the perfect mix of Gothic elegance and Vampy-edginess! The velvet goes beautifully with sheer lace leggings and a lace skirt. Add a few accessories and you are dressed perfectly from head to toe in Gothy-Aristocrat splendour!
